Fantastic, Mind blowing, unbelievable, fabulous and scarry (Yes for your safety from uncontrolled, over enthusiastic crowd). I was going to wait to write more but after this can’t wait.
This love, adulation and response from common man is “earned power”. U are a true deserver of this power and it must be respected and channlized. There has to be a well placed system to manage all your public apperence, media briefs and all other public activity (Except blogging-has to be by u and only u). The closest model comes to mind is of President of this country(USA)-their all the moves are very well planned. All the apprences and words are well coreographed and managed with the help of media savvy people. That is not to create any barrier but simply to create impact and manage properley. It’ll help u to reach more and manage your affair in orderly fashion. Again pl give us the priority over media.
WOW!!! What a turnout!! Spectacular!! Thank you for posting the pictures and video. For some reason, the video was a little uner 7 minutes long, yet the timer states that it should be 10:59. Still, I enjoyed it!
What is that glass near the escalators?? Seems like the escalator glass shattered. Was that because of the fan frenzy? Or was there a problem? Well, I hope you enjoyed yourself and I’m definintely envious of all those who were there to witness you in person.
Funny how just in my last post I was asking when the audio/video section will be available and today, here it is.
Stay healthy, stay strong, and may God bless you with all that you desire!
The video about your visit to Indore for giving away the prizes to the PVR Sarkar Raj contest winners was really great. What for an enthusiastic reception in Indore! The fans there were in great mood and quite crazy to get a glimpse of you…. All these fans had good luck to see you. Thanks a lot also for posting some fantastic photos of your Indore visit. You really rock! You are the BEST!
Indore! You almost lost your clothes?! What a crowd! What with all that admiration and adulation - I think the least you could have done was to throw your clothes at the them!!! Ha! ha! ha! (take it as it is - a joke!!!)
Sir,after having such a rough day..still u r awake? Hats off to u..
“Aishwarya Rai got into pretty high spirits recently, much to the embarrassment of husband Abhishek Bachchan” (courtesy Mumbai Mirror 26th June 08)…… how would you describe the incidence? As you have always been saying in your blogs.. that your fans have right to ask questions and get explainations about the asked questions… Though I have never got any comments from you for my Day 40, Day 50 Day 51 blogs, I am still hopeful that you’ll reply to the above asked question.
Thank you. Waiting for your reply
First things first, hipeeya hipeeya hey we can now watch videos too on ur blog.
Wow!! This is like mass hysteria..Gosh, this event needed more organization. There seems to be security concerns too. So much of love and adulation..Wow!! Wonder what would i experience if i had to meet u:-) I wish u had your unforgettable tour in Atlanta too.
How is Ash doing now? I hope she will recover soon and will be all charged up for the Tour. Amitji, Pls pass on the message that Jayaji looked very elegant like always at the Iffa awards night.
May u have such and more beautiful experiences in ur life. Long live and Take Care.
speechless !! are there still such large audiences?…i just try to imagine what u’d b thinking while on the visit sir.GHAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAB !! THATS WHAT COMES TO MIND !!
Wow!! Amazing.. From where do you find the energy to cope with all these?? Am so looking forward to watching you live in LA. Only hope that I get to meet you for a few minutes to get your autograph.. Archana, Detroit.
I am a big fan of Abhishek Bachchan……..very big to be precise……I saw ur movie Sarkar Raj this week as I was busy with my xams…I must say ur performance was mindblowing…..can u tell us if there is any way we can interact with Abhishek Bachchan through this medium ??
I have even started an Abhishek Bachchan adda here in Big Adda
Thanks for the awesome video and pix from your Sarkar Raj Indore visit. It’s so great to see the grand reception you received from the fans. It was a awesome turn out.
Unbloodybelievable, WOW, mindblowing, awesome, outofthisworld, crazy, madness, jawdropping, spellbinding, scary, just so FREAKING AMAZING! Thanks for letting us join you on this absolutely crazy trip, i’ve never seen anything like this before!!!!…….Just WOW!
It was one of the most fascinating evenings Indore has ever had. To wait for you in the auditorium for the press conference was indeed thrilling. It was such a difficult task to arrange for an invite, but every effort was worth muuuuuuuuuuuch more. To hear you and too see you in front of us was such an amazing experience.
Although the crowd in the auditorium behaved very strangely by not adhering to the security protocols, the moments were fantastic. I, seated in the second row (2nd from left in this picture # 11), wanted to ask you two questions, but couldn’t do the same as I wasn’t so aggressive in asking questions out of my turn.
I have always heard & read about your most suave, gracious, and courteous way of handling people, questions, and circumstances, this was my first chance to catch a glimpse of the ‘Perfection Personified’. The guests there asked so many strange/weird and too-personal questions, which only a GENTLEMAN as refined, well-bred, and cultured as your good self could answer with such a remarkable finesse ! Hat’s Off !
However, since I have now read on the blog that you’ve liked the welcome/reception in Indore, I’m thoroughly thrilled to be a part of the CARNIVAL called Bachchan-Madness.
Further, I would want to share my experience of enjoying the excitement, anxiety, and madness felt all the while I was seated right behind you on seat 2A, on-board the Jet Airways flight 9W 382 from Indore to Mumbai on Monday, June 23, 2008.
Meeting you was always one of my dreams, which did materialize on the very same day, when you had accepted my request to meet you for a moment, get your autograph, and get one snap clicked with you. Mr. Sudesh Sonwane, seated right next to me, helped me in getting the same done.
Sir, it was such an honour to sit all the while right behind you. I was trying to watch every movement of yours, hear every word you said (although very, very few during the whole one hour period), and above all else, feel your presence.
Although you may not remember, I will remember each and every nano-second I spent sitting on your right when you gave a fabulous personalised autograph, with the blue Mont Blanc, which you reelly liked, and consented for the most-memorable photograph !
Sir, again sharing a very personal thought on this world wide web, I was getting jitters in even trying to ask you if I could gift that blue pen to you, only as a token of remembrance. I thought you might feel that “this boy is trying to give me a pen, of which kind I can buy in thousands” ! And so, in order to not mess up the only chance I had to live my dream, I restrained from asking the Q.
All said and done, the autograph, photograph, and the moments I had adoring and listening you so closely are priceless. No amount of money can give the pleasure that living one’s dream can.
Sir, thank you once again and a zillion time more for giving me the opportunity to live my dream, KING SIZE.
May I wish you and your entire family, the choicest of happiness, health, fame, and fate forever.
Posting videos here is a great idea! The Tamil megastar Vikram once said something of Rajni that paraphrased a bit can be applied with even greater force to you (and I have done so on many occasions before in different contexts):
One Sun, One Moon, One Amitabh Bachchan!
And I will also append here another favorite quote of mine from Emerson on Plato, which also can be applied to you in the context of the Indian (not just Hindi) film industry:
“He is the horizon beyond which we do not yet see”
An event called Amitabh Bachchan continues to enframe us.
You are in that video a veritable God to those ‘masses’. But being a God is a great responsibility, even a terrible one in some ways. A God cannot be self-effacing…
Today is the first time i have read your blogs. You write very well. Would like to tell you about your popularity!! My daughter is 7 years old. KBC started the year she was born and i still remember her moving her head towards the TV when the program would commence!! Well .. her interest in you more than the show (obviously) was so intense, her reply to the question “Who is Amitabh?” would be “My husband” when she got the hang of relationships as she would see it when she was around 2.5 to 3 years or so!! So much so that she would not like the young Amitabh of Sholay but the old KBC Amitabh!!
(Well…sadly later her interest in Spiderman took the lead for some time!! )
But I must tell you, my Mom was an ardent fan of yours, I am a fan and my son is known as Abhishek ever since he got fascinated by Dhoom!! Well, Abhishek got him into the habit of wearing a t-shirt with a shirt over it and the buttons are not supposed to be put! And he even walks like Abhishek tho he is a little thing which does not look like the 4 year old he is!!
Just wanted to put across the message that kids nowadays are so impressed by the ppl they see around that they start following them blindly. Thankfully, my kids have got idols who would not get them into any wrong habits. Love you all for that.
Thats all Amitabhji. I am glad you startd this blog. At least i cud put across to you the little things that make our day. I hope you enjoy the same. We all love you a lot. Take care.

Wow,Mr. Bachchan ,that was quite a reception you got in Indore.Just made me nervous to see the swarm of men fighting to get close to you.Hope your security was in full force.Your energy amazes me .
Love.
Amit Ji,
I am from Indore (though currently in New York). I recognize the Treasure Island mall, must have been a terrible experience for you with this crowd
Thank you for the incredible footage and pictures. For the last couple of days it has bothered me that I didn’t find any videos or even pictures of your Indore visit and as if you had read my mind , you have satisfied my desire and curiosity. Unfortunately, I wasn’t even aware of you in the good old days, but this frenzy, mayhem, and even some destruction fits what I had read about. I’m so glad the security kept you from being harmed. Who took that video? Seeing that photo of you with the microphone now makes me curious about what you said on stage.
I still can’t believe that the night you signed my copy of “To Be Or Not To Be”, I was the only fan there, especially after seeing this. Well, New York is not India.
Again,I’m so glad you can send us video, especially for those of us here in the US.
bigb what has time made you into , you were such pure fun dancing around parveen babi in this fun song http://youtube.com/watch?v=uYEM7rgVpP8 My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves , look at the amitabh then and look at the amitabh now, although you have everything in life now you are very unhappy person deep inside
Great snaps and a wounderful clip (the clip does not play after the 2nd minute)…
People are sooo excited to see U… I am from indore too and that is the first place i saw u.You had come to Taj Residency, Indore for a Dainik Bhaskar function.I used to work in the same hotel.
You had worn a white long shirt and black trousers, i still remember. That was the 1st time i saw U…
Those memories are still fresh in my mind.
I have been in mumbai for the past 3 days and today i came to Juhu just to see both your house - Pratiksha & Jalsa..
I must say your security guards were very courtous and allowed me to stay around your place for a couple of minutes… Thank you
I can imagine the crowd their enthusiasam and their eagerness to catch a glimpse of you, but i felt very bad and sad after watching the video of your indore visit. How come this was so unprofessionally managed / organised. I am sure you will have everything cross checked about your security arrangements before you attend such a huge public gathering. Public is after all public, they go mad once they see their star, but you should think of your safety and security before jumping out of the car, and i could not see any proper security arrangements in the video… I am no one to say but just given my opinion…… and look at the crowd gathered in the mall, what happens if part of the building collapse because people being overcrowded at one point of time in the mall… lets thank God for your safe exit from your indoor visit…… anything could have happened, i don think u need to take such big risks, putting yourself and your health in trouble, i am sure you must have felt a lot of dissapointment on the security arrangements and the way they organised your entry into the mall. At least public should have been kept clear out of your walking path so that you could easily walk and greet your fans………. Hope you look into these aspects before attending any huge gathering like this….. Take good care of yourself Sir.
Dear Mr. Bachchan,
I have been following your blog regularly since Day 1, but have been a “lurker”, to use the term known in these circles, i.e. one who never leaves comments. However, the Indore video had quite an impact on me, forcing me to de-lurk. I had heard of the kind of mob frenzy that a celebrity can create, especially one of your stature. However seeing it captured on video has left me… bewildered. Not because I don’t understand the excitement or affection that the crowd has for you - I myself have been a die-hard fan since childhood (nearly breaking my father’s heart once when I imperiously informed him that “Amit Uncle” was cooler than he). What I found shocking was the amount of pushing and jostling that you were put through - is this the case at all public events, or was this one just.. forgive me… badly organized? In the interest of safety and security, I had assumed that these events would be organised in a way that separates you from the crowd. I was watching your face through it - you looked so serene in the midst of it all. Smiling at the people pushing at you… have you always been able to stay so calm, or is it years of practice? I suppose the energy and positive vibes from the crowd can be a wonderful feeling, but at the same time, being unable to move a step and having people literally throwing themselves on you has to be … well, all I can say is, hats off to you, sir!
wow! what must it feel to be SO popular. i think it’s a great feeling of satisfaction as well as one of immense responsibility.
i am writing this while listening to ‘madhushala’ on my ipod, and somehow feeling immensely close to you right now.
love you a lot!
suyash
Nice Pics. But Actually I wanted to comment on an interview that you gave with Aishwarya though she did not say much, questions were in regards to blogs and a particular question that sent me into guffaws was in regard to the title of Angry Young Man being associated again with you and the other questions were answered by you with a slight trace of sarcasm which was very becoming. Humor is always appreciated. specially when disguised.
And if you upload these posts yourself then I know you think you are as old as you think you are but when on the other side of 50 dude Sleep!!
wow, these are great pictures. it must have been so exciting, and you must have enjoyed it very much.
Mr. Bachchan, you never fail to enthrall people, you have already got their hearts, our hearts
Some of the pictures are scary!! Look at the first one. Those guys could fall off and become pulp in not time. Gosh !! This is not love, almost suicidal madness resulting from obsession and obsession is no good.
I have been outside the country for so long now that this sort of mass hysteria back home for celebrities just doesn’t make any sense anymore. Mr Bachchan, please don’t promote these pictures. If something untoward were to happen it would be on your conscience and then the bad press - you know how it works.
Hello Mr Bachchan
Rahul from USA. I left India 14yrs ago. This kind of behavior is insane. I can’t believe how the people were behaving like wild animals and the arrangement was pathetic. I think you should avoid these kind of events in future for the sake of your safety unless they can organize properly
Wonderful video clippings.. even at your you are generating so much mad responses from you fans. Those days at Delhi I also had opportunities to have a look at you. it used to give high &sense of achievement. wonderful memories to sit back & cherish.
I saw Sarkar raj. It was Mind blowing. Thank God you are not playing In T20 format.
You are a Test cricketer.
For a test cricketer age no bar
You have two innings.
Amazingly you made centuries in both the innings, and still not out.
I loved the movie.. RamGopalVerma is a genius. I liked
Both ABIASH performances were good too. I appreciate the faith you have on
Ram gopal verma .
Wish many more hits to come.–jaya
There are multiple things I didnt like about this video.
1) No respect for civic sense and life.
Not enough preparation to ensure smooth traffic flow to PVR and utter disregard for safety norms inside a theatre. THE PLACE WAS DAMN OVER-OVER CROWDED. Broken escalator glass panes is evidence enough. PVR should be ashamed of such gross mismanagement.
2) No respect for you as an elderly man (I am not worried about Amitabh the matinee idol as I am about an old man). Several people had to yank you to the final podium through the ocean of over crowded fanatics. All this for what .. promoting a movie? I dont think similar frenzy was there to promote your other good movies like say Anand or Abhimaan.
3) Your entourage has no civic sense. Despite campaigning for “No Horn Day” in Mumbai, your entire fleet was honking away to glory, despite the fact that there was no room to drive. Some principles should be intact and honking is one of them, whether it is No Horn Day or not.
I am surprised all this is being counted as blessings from an adoring city. There is a fine line between Fans and Fanatics…I wish you can ensure that such proceedings go forward with complete decorum and zero chaos. You are aging and you need to be in more serene setup than this. For once say “to hell with modesty” and insist on propriety, orderliness, decorum and civic sense.
Thank you for sharing the video and pictures Mr. Bachchan!
How you cope I can not fathom it, there are A LOT of people in those pictures. You are a true wonder!
Namashkar Shri Amitji,
What a great welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! None other than you can have such grand celebration..Just unbelievable……
Come to Bangalore sometime..
With regards
Sandeep
Awesome Crowd! But for once i’m so worried of your safety. You effort to climb on the car and acknowledged the crowds are commedable. So glad to see that so many fans are forever supporting you and your family.
Btw yesterday on Mumbai Mirror Paper article “Speak Softly Please’ on Abhi and Aish are so unprofessional of the journalist. I hate to read such nonsense article.
Pray that You and your family members stay healthy forever and Please wish a speedy recovery to Aishwarya.
I was back there a month back. BTW I am from Indore and i know people tend to get a little crazy when their hero comes to town. But i am glad you liked the visit to Indore. Its a lovely place and the people are the best.
Sir,
Wow! what a crowd and commotion it was. I am surprised you came out without having your clothe not being torn. At one point seeing video i was really scared for your safety.
This shows how fans adore you. But really that was scary if we look at your security point of view.
I am compelled to comment again. What to do, the pictures reek of a hazard likely to take place. Not blaming you for this. It is our culture of hero worship, you are just a vicitm. Please do not take these mad acts for compliments. I hope you are not revelling in happiness at these scenes as mark of you popularity. Tell me Mr Bachchan - Do you think this is allowable??
Please discourage this in the future. No movie/promotion is worth all this.
Some initiative should be taken by your fraternity in putting a cap on marketing and promotion. Especially in a place like India where mass hysteria for celebrities is common place, this needs to be moderated.
oh god!!! im sure u enjoyed all the adulation and love from your fans
i cant open the video ….pls dont remove it …im travelling for probably my connection is not good.
\will reopen from office on monday
Hope aishwarya is feeling better
take care
love u so much
YE TO JUNOON HAI………………KYA IS CROWD KO, IF THEY REALLY LOVE YOU, NAHI SPATA KI AAP KI DAILY ROUTINE (INCLUDING YOUR NIGHTS) KITNI JYADA BUSY HAI……..KYA INKO NAHI PATA KI AAPKO REST KI BHI JUROOT HAI…………………OVER-EXCITMENT IS GOOD…….BUT “TO REMAIN FIT & FINE” IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYTHING ELSE……………………….YOUR EXPERIENCE/VIEW ABOUT ………only and only….LATA DIDI……………………………PL. TAKE CARE.
dear sir,
looks like you are really busy. but , i believe it is a blessing. to get an opputunity to work and more importantly to do what you love is the rarest of blessings. but i do feel you are overworked. every one wants a piece fo the pie called amitabh bachan.
saw the video and the pics of your indore trip. WHAT A CROWD. all part of the great bachan magic.now, this just proves that you should visit the smaller metros more frequently. may be a trip to bhopal and jabalpur next. sir, the people in the sammler towns and metros have been waiting for decades to catch a glimplse of their all time fav movie actor and the wait continues.
it really helps that you are very tall, i wonder how many thousands of people went back with out actually getting to see you properly.
lucky are those who get to see you and meet you.
love,
andrews, delhi
Hello Sir,
Wowwwwwwwwww wht a crowd……I really wish i cud b dere at that time dis crowd.Really i wish…………..we all luv you and will always be…u need not have to say all dis thing .we belive you. you are our icon sir.
take care of ur self n remember 1 thing we are always always with you.
Luv u,
Didnt know a small town like Indore has a mall… and people actually watch hindi movies. I thot they must be gung ho on bhojpuri ones.
I wuz really amazed when Branjelina were in Mumbai. Anjelina was roaming about in Churchgate station and was not even mobbed. Amazing. I cant imagine Ash or Kareena walking on Churchgate station.
By the way how come some people are able to “comment” on your Mo-Blog posts and in my case the “submit comment” option is just not there! Minor issue, but still an issue.

Dear sir,
this is testtamano to you popularity that the fans can break a 12 mm glass i am from the engg industry and can tell you that it is almost impossibal to break the glass but “amitabh ka fan kuch bhi kar sakta hai”
vinay, I pity about ur knowledge of india, indore is not a small town, its the main commercial city in Madhya Pradesh, having one of the largest hindi speaking population, so of-course watch bollywood movies and not bhojpuri.
Before commenting on anything , vinay you shud have ur facts correct. Know more about indore and then try to make a view.
Okay … my observations on the video and the pictures… in random order!!!
- Whoa, did the glass on the escalator side break???
- I’ve seen actors (including the female gender here also) who never bother acknowledging the public who gave them love, support and loyalty. Thankfully, you are not one of those stuck-up people!
- Hmmm…I always wonder when such big crowds come together…is it safe??? I mean, people can get violent in crowds…is it safe for them? Is it safe for you? Theory of disindividuation you know… comes into play…
And to conclude… OMG the pandemonium!!! Very reminiscent of the Beatles mania!!!
Wow.. this is amazing Sir. Really everyone loves you so dearly. Please take care of you health…
I was so happy to see my name in the list of names you had..feels real good that you read our replies. Our best wishes are always with you.

I don’t know what to say!
The crowd euphoria at Indore seems to defy all words. Huge is not huge enough Gigantic not giant in size and even mindblowing does not seem fit to describe the response and behaviour of Indore reception. Gods would be jealous of you one day for generating such an unimaginable thronging of the crowds for one of its own creation that came to be known as Amitabh Bachchan!
Psycophancy aside, I am convinced that you could be a mass leader in your own right. It is OK if you don’t want to turn to politics. Vivekanand and Socrates were not political by nature. Lincoln and Gandhi though into politics were quite apolitical in their image. I feel proud of few things or rather persons in modern contemporary India. I do not have to name them all here but you are in the top slot along with Kapil Dev.
Well, I think it is time for me to get away to some personal questions I would have loved to get answers from you. I am a simple person so my questions too would be simple in nature:
1. Who other than Dr. Bachchan and your mother had the greatest influence on your life!
2. How was your school life! Do you remember anything distinct from that age that is hard to erase from your mind
3. Have you ever felt helpless other than medical calamities that afflicted you or the death of Dr. Bachchan and recently that of your mother!
4. What one thing you would like to change about yourself if feasible!
5. Name a person other than your immediate family that you would definitely not mind spending an entire day!
Some of these questions might not have any answers, so everything need not be answered for the heck of it. You don’t have to tell the answers to me the questions and their answers might just help you in knowing yourself. I am afraid you would not have come across these questions during your usual interviews from the media.
I love you as you are, you don’t have to change one bit from what you are! To me you are the image of Hindi Cinema that can not be tarnished by media or men as easily as they might come to believe! It is the truth for truth is always strange!
I do wish the very best to you and your cool little family.
Abhaya Sharma, Mumbai.
Thanks …………… its for Indore Lover ………….
I realy appriciate you for your interuption…… no body can point on…… without having any knowledge……….There is a saying in Hindi
“Adhjal gagari chalkat jaaye”
I hpoe “”"”"VINAY”"”"” aap itani hindi to samajhte honge……..
Well I thanks to Amitabhji a lot on the behalf of all Indorians who even dint know about yours Indore Visit but Love & repect u so much………..
Bye ………
C U soon
After watching the video and the photos, I can safely say that you are still a craze amongst the public and even now you rule their(mine also) hearts. Congratulations for this, Sir.
When are you coming to Delhi? Delhites also love/respect you.
Haha…That was crazy..Indore sure had a gala time..Wonder what would it be like when we were kids during your golden years and there wasn’t as much press coverage……I remember in the early nineties and late eighties people would die to listen to an interview of yours..Or a speech at an awards ceremony…You could feel the entire audience waiting for you to be called up to the podium where you could speak a few words in your trademark style and deep baritone…Even after all these years you remain so popular…Speaks volumes of your star power!!!
Rgds,
Nishan

Sir,
I hope ur fine there. ITs obvious that whereever you will go, a large and big crowds will welcome you, Please take extra care as far as security is concerned.
dear Amitji , this is murali here again . well to be in the news one must be the newsmaker or the news giver. guess the abhishek slapping the spot boy must be a case of a haggard news giver trying to draw attention . one cannot think about somebody from our upbringing do this .
” COINS ALWAYS MAKE SOUND BUT THE CURRENCY NOTES ARE ALWAYS SILENT . SO WHEN EVER YOUR VALUE INCREASES KEEP YOURSELF CALM AND SILENT ” You are a classic example for this . your silence in many a times of turbulence has seen you wade thru rough waters unscathed.

Do come again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow, after watching this video i am completly in shock. yes it’s great that u have so many fans. and yes i am a fan of urs too. but honestly doesn’t it frighten u to be walking through this crowd? everybody wants a piece of u how do u manage that? i have huge respect for u, that’s for sure. well i can’t wait to see u in new york at the unforgettable tour. i’m sitting in row 10 right in front of stage HA HA!!! i thought i might give a try. but on serious note the ticket is my birthday present from my husband which serves right now in iraq. he knows that ur movies r the only thing which keeps me from insanity. so thank u and god bless u and ur family
What can I say, “Wah ustad Wah… Husoor… wah Sarkar Raj boliyae!!!”
Sir this video shows how much you have earned in your working career. Even Abhishek’s grandson will enjoy this love and affection that you have earned for your generations. I wish you all the health to enjoy many more years of this affection and love from your extended family. My prayers and best wishes…
All this for a mediocre actor!!!… I am all for mediocrity… Keep the good work.

You are brilliant in Sarkar Raj. The scen in which you are in front of Abhisheks Photo & speaking to him, that scene shows that nobody can reach near you in this industry, you are the king. Also, when you take the charge in the movie & you roll your sleeves up the action & your acting is beautiful Unmatched. I really feel that this years Biggest hit will be Sarkar Raj & you rock in it, you are Awesome, Amazing in it.
boss… ye sab kya ho raha hai…??

Dear Amitji,
Wow unbeleivable crowd…scared to see so many people…how come you manage to move when everybody is trying to touch you, shake hands with you…must be very difficult. I can understand they love you and are your fans like us but doeson’t it becomes annoying sometimes when they dont listen or behave properly..must be very difficult to deat with these situations.
Take care,
Vinay
I have seen your Sarkar Raj. Excellent moview. You are excellent as usual but this time Abhishek is better than you. His acting is different, just act by eyes. Less dylogs n tell everything by eyes. You are vidhyapith of acting and he is the principal of it, He is fantastic. My one friend had gone to one place at abrode, they dont know any langauge but just asked her “Amitabh Bachchan. It is great achivment, only you can do this. We are your fan n great respect for you.

Hello amit ji,
i’m simply stunned after looking at this short clip..i dont think that any politician in the world would receive such a welcome..your popularity is beyond the comprehending capacity of the human mind.. even my grandma who was over 85 yrs old was crazy about you.. she would stay awake at any time to watch your movie.. she is no more now but i wonder what would she have had to say if she knew that i was writing to you.. May God bless her soul..
i’ll be short and sweet.. keep smiling..
God bless you..
love n regards to your entire family,

Oh my God!!!!!!! Weren’t you scared of the crowds Mr. Bachchan. I would be terrified of a stampede. I once got stuck in one and it was 1/500th the size of the crowd one can make out in these pictures!!!!!!!!!!
The people of Indore have put their names on top of your craziest-fans-list!!!!
I am feeling so bad that we in Calcutta/Kolkata couldn’t give you such rousing reception….
I have always felt that if somebody DESERVES this kind of mass adulation, it is ONLY & ONLY YOU!!!!!!!
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen the video!!!!!
To put simply, its ELEVEN MINUTES OF PURE ECSTASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Am converting the video in iPod format and going to see you every now & then, and then some more!!!!!!!!
I also think that this is just the trailor….. your UNFORGETTABLE tour is going to throw in a lot of other surprises - the kind of which nobody has ever seen or heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
U R GRATE PERSONALITY. BE AN INDIAN WE R REALLY PROUD ABT U.
ACTUALLY I WUD LIKE TO MEET U. BUT TO REACH U IS NOT POSSIBLE. PLS W/EVER U COME TO KOLKATA - I AM ANXIOUSLY WAITING FOR YR PHONE CALL.
I AM SENDING U RAKHI - PLS PLS ALLOW ME TO SEND U RAKHI .
Its amazing how traffic comes to halt for a glimpse of you…….how do u feel about this? Would be very interesting for us to read your first such experience of getting ‘mobbed’.Compare this to your silent days when you worked at Calcutta and ocassionally when to Mohun Bagan ground to steal a football match!!
adarniya amit ji,
a am amazed that u r not responded me.. but i am continuously bagging for your opinion and support in a movement i am trying to started with u for those children who die before there 1st birthday from a desease which is curable but they die because there parents are not rich. we can help him.
sir pls do something for them.
your’s soldier-ptrabhat
I am envious, Amitji! You are truly blessed to receive such adulation. I am sure thats the secret to your fighting spirit in life. With so much of good will and prayers floating around, no wonder you always find your way in life, thanx to God, who answers to those prayers.

Sir im a resident of Indore and i guarantee you that youll continue to get an unprecedented response everytime you visit our place. Sir do not expect anything from us when u visit again, the reason being very simple; u just cannot evaluate how much love we have in our hearts for u, so it will be a mere wastage of time.
My best wishes to you and your family, may god bless you.

Dear Mr. Bachchan,
Keep on shining!
Best wishes and regards,

Most Respected Sir,
It was one of the most fascinating evenings Indore has ever had.
Adorably yours,
ankit mittal

Posting videos here is a great idea! The Tamil megastar Vikram once said something of Rajni that paraphrased a bit can be applied with even greater force to you (and I have done so on many occasions before in different contexts):
One Sun, One Moon, One Amitabh Bachchan!
And I will also append here another favorite quote of mine from Emerson on Plato, which also can be applied to you in the context of the Indian (not just Hindi) film industry:
“He is the horizon beyond which we do not yet see”
An event called Amitabh Bachchan continues to enframe us.

Dear Amitabhji…
Take care.

Salil Kumar

Dear Mr. Bachchan,
I have been following your blog regularly since Day 1, but have been a “lurker”, to use the term known in these circles, i.e. one who never leaves comments.

Rahul from USA. I left India 14yrs ago. This kind of behavior is insane. I can’t believe how the people were behaving like wild animals and the arrangement was pathetic. I think you should avoid these kind of events in future for the sake of your safety unless they can organize properly

A real life hero you are!

Take care…

Dear Amit ji:
The incredible extent of love of Indore for you is simply incredible.
You display an amazing calm. Bravo to the team around you who managed the event, and millions who braved entry to PVR to get your glimpse.

Dear Amitji,
I have seen your Sarkar Raj.

God bless you..
love n regards to your entire family,
smrithee

MIND-BLOWING & MIND-BOGGLING!!!!!!!
I mean Sir, what to say?????!!!!!!!!!
CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr.Bachchan,
Its amazing how traffic comes to halt for a glimpse of you…….how do u feel about this? Would be very interesting for us to read your first such experience of getting ‘mobbed’.Compare this to your silent days when you worked at Calcutta and ocassionally when to Mohun Bagan ground to steal a football match!!

My God!
I am envious, Amitji! You are truly blessed to receive such adulation. I am sure thats the secret to your fighting spirit in life. With so much of good will and prayers floating around, no wonder you always find your way in life, thanx to God, who answers to those prayers.
Have a long and memorable life.

Dear Amitabhji (GURUJI),
!! ABOUT THE UNFORGETTABLE TOUR 2008 !!
Please consider Atlanta,GA location in USA because it is the biggest center for southeast USA and can cover all southeast states.
There are lots of Indians( and south Asians) in southeast USA and most concerts come here and always do well.
There is no nearby location for your concert. All locations are very far from here like New York,Atlantic City,Houston,Los Angeles,San Francisco.
So please consider Atlanta,GA,USA so the concert evenly spread out in the USA.
Not considering Atlanta,GA means you are missing out a big chunk of US audience.
I hope you will read this.
As always,
Aap ka subhchintak

Sir im a resident of Indore and i guarantee you that youll continue to get an unprecedented response everytime you visit our place. Sir do not expect anything from us when u visit again, the reason being very simple; u just cannot evaluate how much love we have in our hearts for u, so it will be a mere wastage of time.
My best wishes to you and your family, may god bless you.
