Terms of use

1. Contest is open only for Indian Residents who are the registered users of our website www.bigadda.com. You have to register yourself with our site so as to participate in this contest.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age.
3. Winners will be picked through a lucky draw.
4. Winners will be intimated through email or phone.
5. The winners are bound to accept the prizes on an “AS IS” basis and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
6. The winner should not be in any way associated with Bigadda or its holding company, affiliates and associate companies.
7. Any legal issues in this context will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
8. Bigadda will have the discretion to adjudge the winner of this contest.
9. The winner agrees to comply with all legal and statutory compliances if any to avail of this prize.
10. Any tax or additional expenditure incurred to avail the said prize shall be borne by the winner.
