Tell yourself “I CAN DO IT” and nothing is impossible :)

A picture-10 s a child I was very shy, I always kept myself in a very secure circle. I kept to my family; my social circle throughout school never went beyond that. One of the reasons I was so private was because of my weight, I was struggling at a 130 K.Gs. I was constantly made fun of by my cousins and class mates. I had no confidence and very low self esteem.

The day I decided that I had to fight with my mind and body, it made me get up and move but it was only 1% of the success gained. It was a relentless fight to achieve the 99% of the fight. Through the process of training, I discovered that there was this entire side to me that lay hidden because of my inhibitions. As I got closer to my goal, I gained confidence; I could now do things I only dreamt of doing. My real self came out; I was no longer the shy boy I used to be but a man who had the courage to conquer his dreams.

The only thing I really give myself credit for is that I never complained I followed my goal single mindedly, and anyone out there trying to achieve anything should go at their goal with a firm head. Tell yourself, “I can” and the day you really believe it “you can”.

Never give up easily, you never know, how far success is. Like someone rightly said, “Kal Kissne Dekha”.
