International Children’s Film Forum Joined Hands with Lioness Club

The ICFF promoted by Marwah Studios and supported by education centers like AAFT,ASMS and ABS has joined hands with Lioness Club of Noida—Navsankalp to promote education and awareness for the unprivileged children through films.

Recently two medical camps were organized in Noida at Agahapur sec 41 and Barat Ghar sec 31 where not only people donated their blood, more than 100 patients were treated at no cost basis by the doctors of Kailash Hospital followed by screening of information and educational films by ICFF.

“I am in Lioness Club to help people, to promote all those who cannot afford, and educate people to live happily” said Veena Jaruhar President of Lioness Club. “My association with International Children’s Film Forum is going to enhance our activities” Veena added.

“I have always believed that visual media has the largest impact on the human minds, we want to create huge awareness through Good Cinema” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios .The whole event was covered by Radio Noida 107.4FM

International Children’s Film Forum launched AWARE INDIA program

“It is my duty to take care of unprivileged children to best of my capacity as they are my country men. We should not see for what others have done for me rather you should be cautious what you have done for others” said Sandeep Marwah, Chairperson of the forum and President of Marwah Studios while launching AWARE INDIA program to educate and promote citizens of India living in villages and slums through GOOD CINEMA at Marwah Studios with the large gathering of volunteers from different colleges.

The voluntary body of students of Asian School of Media Studies YES, Young Energetic Society which has already become National Body has joined in this aware India program with ICFF .The president Souvik informed all the volunteers to work whole heartily in this venture. “I am not only supporting but would like to be present in every screening at every village and slum to guide my students of ASMS and other colleges” said R.K.Singh Dean of ASMS.

“I want to be the part of this work without second thought” said Ashok Srivastava, known socialist from Noida. “We are ready to add more management to this venture through Asian Business School” said Latika Sahani Dean ABS .International Children’s Film Forum has started showing meaningful films to slums and villages in Noida from the collection of Marwah Films and Video Productions.

National Seminar on Opportunities and Challenges of Community Radio

Radio Noida 107.4FM in association with Asian Academy of Film and Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Business School, International Children’s Film Forum, IFTC, IFTRC, World Development Organization, COMCON, Media Lab Asia organized national seminar on the opportunity and challenges of running community radio.

The seminar which was divided into four segments saw many prominent speakers from all over India who gave their point of views, suggestions, case studies, actual working and describe their problems. “I am proud to be associated with the group which believes in social work of the highest order” said Lt. Gen. K.M. Seth, the former Governor of Chattisgarh while inaugurating the seminar.

“I have always believe in giving back my knowledge and my resources to Entertainment Industry to which I belong, India- the country I live in and Humanity without which we don’t exist” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios. “Radio Noida 107.4FM is an addition to our work of community” Marwah added. AAFT Join Hands with Balaji TeleFilms

It was a scene to be seen at Film City Noida when hundreds of young good looking trained and untrained actors linedup in front of Marwah Studios to get selected in the newly launched television serials by Balaji Tele Films, Mumbai.

“We are happy to provide our infrastructure and facility to Balaji Telefilms for this huge selection” said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios where special arrangements of security were performed to control this large crowd gathered from Delhi, Noida and all neighboring States.

This is a normal practice of Marwah Studios to plan and organize professional campus interviews for the students of all disciplines of Film, TV and Media learning at Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian School Of Media studies including for the management students of Asian Business School.

Some of the prominent companies like Anil Kapoor’s Production for feature film ‘Ayesha’, Sharukh Khan’s Red Chilies new television serial ‘FAUJI’ reality show BIG BOSS etc have conducted campus interviews at Marwah Studios.

National Seminar on Community Radio at Marwah Studios

Asian School of Media Studies, Noida in association with World Development Foundation has decided to organize a national seminar on community Radio covering opportunities and challenge on 10th march at Marwah studios, informed R.K.Singh the dean of ASMS.

“We have requested Lt Gen K.M. Seth, the former Governor of Chattisgarh to inaugurate this National event” R.K.Singh added. ”The workshop will focus on government scheme of CRS, the policy guide lines, use of community radio, hardware and software issues and content development” said Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios and President of this National Seminar.

“Radio is a very powerful technology that can allow information to reach large sector of the population quickly and economically” said Marwah. The seminar is supported by Radio Noida 107.4FM, Comcon Technologies, Asian Business School, AAFT, International Film and Television Club, International Children’s Film Forum and International Film and Television Research Centre. There will be large number of participants and speakers from all over the country.

Samuel Jackson Met Media Guru Sandeep Marwah

Narrating the activities of Marwah Studios, the president Sandeep Marwah invited one of the biggies of Hollywood Samuel Jackson to India.“I love Bollywood Films” Samuel said “I would love to come to India when there is a film event or a film festival” he added. “I am happy to meet media guru Sandeep Marwah who has been teacher to 7000 media persons and that too from 70 countries of the World.” He expressed his keen ness to be associated with Indian Film Industry.

Samuel L. Jackson who has created a wonderful niche for himself through Hollywood films and has worked in more than 130 films .He has been a Oscar nominee for his role in ‘Pulp Fiction’ and winner of BAFTA with BET Comedy Awards for ‘Incredible, Bambi Award for ‘International’, Silver Berlin Best Actor for ‘ Jackie Brown’, Best Actor Black movie Award for ‘Coach Carter’ and well awarded for films like ‘Jumper’, ‘Eve’s Bayou’, ‘Home of the Brave’, ‘Jungle Fever’, ‘Shaft’, ‘Sydney’, ‘The Long Kiss Goodnight’, ‘A Time To Kill’ etc.

Sandeep Marwah On Jury Of 26th Mons International Film Festival

The renowned Asian Media personality Sandeep Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios has been nominated as member of International Jury representing India in 26th edition of Festival International Du Film D’ Amour.

“Its a great honour for me to represent my country in FIFA, a prestigios film festival of the World having its 26th edition at Mons, Belgium” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and World Record Holder of producing largest number of short films.He is the President of Asian Academy of Film and Television, a film school which has churned out 7000 media professional in last 18years hailing from 70 countries .

“The festival invites to discover an array of unusual films with committed subjects and heart wrenching stories from 19th to 26th feb. no less than 80 films and 35 short from all over the World will be screened. I am happy we have jury from India too.”said Elio Di Rupo Honorary President of FIFA.

The other members of the jury are Thomas Gilou, Chantal Lauby, Melanie Bernier, Sara Martin and Noemie Elbaz from France, Idrissa Ouedraogo from Burkina Faso, Maria Dinulescu from Romania, Rashid Masharwi from Palestine, Renato Berta from Switzerland, Sandra Ceccarelli from Italy and Khaled Abou El Naga from Egypt.

Festival of Iranian Films at AAFT

International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy of film and Television in association with Iran Cultural Centre, Embassy of Iran inaugurated three days festival of Iranian Films at Marwah Studios, Noida film city. Some of the finest films were selected for this special festival opened by the Director of Cultural Centre of Iran Embassy.

“AAFT is the correct platform to project Iranian Films, not only students of film and TV get the opportunity to see different expression but they do get to know the culture of this beautiful country” said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios. “We are very happy to associate with AAFT as the enthusiasm in this institute to learn is highest” said Supriya Suri of CINE DARBAR.

“I an proud of my students at AAFT and ASMS who are so focused as far as film and TV business is concerned, we are now well established in Mumbai-Bollywood as no channel, film and TV office, Production company where are students are not working” said Ashok Tyagi, dean Cinema Asian School of Media Studies.

Ali Dehgahi the director of Iran Cultural Centre said, “We are one of the oldest friends of India, the culture and living habits of both the countries are quite similar, that is the reason Iranians love and enjoy Indian films and I am sure you will also like these films.” Iran produces 130 films approx. every year and they are distributed all over the world. Sandeep Marwah Appreciated Students Of Delhi Public School

The Vice Principal and the head of Hindi Department Dr R.G. Verma invited Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, FilmCity, Noida to the inter school Dance and Drama competition in the capacity of Chief Guest. The program was held at Delhi Public School RKPuram where other different branches of DPS school performed.

“It is extraordinary well planned program where you have to express only through dance and drama without uttering the phrases of the poem” said Sandeep Marwah. “I am impressed by the presentation of every school, thank God I am not the judge today other wise it would have been difficult to finalize who is the first” added Marwah.

The program was judged by Mohit Jain Director Times of India, Saroja Vaidanathan Director Ganesha Natyalaya, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Khattar Prof. of Motilal Nehru College, and Jilmil Hazarika from National School of Drama who all spoke after the event while declaring the results.

65th Festival of Short Digital Films at AAFT

“The films must leave an impact on the viewers that is how we plan and produce films at Asian Academy of Film and Television” said Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios while introducing the guest on the dice at the inauguration of 65th Festival of Short Digital Films at Noida Film City.

Some of the finest films directed by the students of 64th batch were screened for the large crowd of young film makers who were enjoying every bit of the festival environment. “Students must take advantage of the first class facilities being provided by the institution here which are somewhere better than any film school in Europe” said Yiannis Arsenis, the film maker from Greece while addressing the students. “We invite the students of AAFT to come forward to direct and present films highlighting on the subject of Disability” said Satish Kapoor founder of Brotherhood.

“Films are the best source of expression and do not ignore the touch of right music into it” said Madhu Mathur Anand classical singer from USA who later impressed the audience with a spiritual song. The presence of Prof. Kamal Dixit a veteran journalist and B.K. Sushant media coordinator of World renowned Brahmkumari organisation proposed to enthusiastic film makers to go for meaningful Cinema.
