Last night was quite nostalgic….My father used to be always standing behind us with a packet of sweets & would meet all family & neighborhood friends, some how the gift exchange used to take place on the day of Diwali & not like today when we want to finish distribution a week back without my kids knowing about people we meet or interact. Now days going to neighbors house is not a good practice on the day of Diwali… !

We as kids were not used to the this new pseudo environment which anyway is polluted & gets worst with the fire crackers blasting all over my mother earth. The intensity of the crackers is like a mini war zone, some would not stop for 15 minutes.  There are people who are literate but quite illiterate, if given a chance they would be sitting in front of TV talking about Global warming as the kid standing next might not know exactly what is the topic & if it needs attention.   The father now is standing in front of their house with this kid & both are blasting crackers with the same rocket.

Maybe Animals are better, I saw a mother of 04 pups digging hole to put all 04 inside to save them from air & noise pollution…..looking at me with dismay & disappointment.

Hi…I am wondering why it is that I have to read early morning about how many people dies in a plane crash as the first news, 01 rape & 02 deaths in Indian roads…..do we know that the news paper is received first thing in the morning..I was wondering why I need to sip the tea this morning do digest the most horrible thing in the world…..My heart goes to all who lost their family in this tragic moment.

However I am sure the news in important but maybe in page 03 onwards anywhere…..Can someone from the news fraternity tell me what will the reaction of the kids below 12 years who have almost no knowledge of live or die…they only are enjoying….

It is like i am teaching my 04 years daughter the meaning of WARIER & have to tell her about WAR …….this is sad, I wish I get support & we change the way we look at the news……commercialization is good but to have perspective !!

I feel today India joins me in this tragic movement & we all to pray for each departed one, each raped person, each individual who lost his life on the road……
